We start with our Client's marketing plan or strategic plan. (If they don't have one or their
plan
is inadequate, we help them develop one.) Our copyrighted
 planning process has become the basis for
many Clients' marketing success.
We believe that planning should be more than a theoretical process or a
clinical exercise. Beyond defining goals, objectives, and strategies, we
expect
our plan to uncover the specific functions that need to be performed. We want to
walk away from the process knowing who will do what, on which date, and at what
costs.
We also expect to uncover those unique niches that enable our
Clients to step onto the fast track. We look for uncommon strategies - the
guerilla tactics - that give us a unique competitive advantage. And, we are
willing to blend traditional promotional tools with contemporary high-tech
strategies in order to make certain our Clients come out on top.
